-A photo of your Government Issued ID

-Work email and/or link to active LinkedIN account (you must send a confirmation message from work email, leave “Subject” box empty-I will not respond)

-NON-REFUNDABLE 15% Deposit incall/20% deposit outcall (funds sent without/before meeting confirmation are considered gifts and are not applicable to an appointment)
